Vivian has been coming to the Outer Banks since she was four years old, when the beaches were simple and the area still held the quiet character of small coastal villages. The same sense of endless summers and coastal lifestyle that first drew her here to live, can still be experienced today. Returning from abroad, she graduated from East Carolina University and built her life within the Outer Banks community. Her real estate business grew naturally from being deeply connected to the area, raising her family here, and being a small business owner. That first-hand knowledge allows her to help clients discover what makes each part of the Outer Banks unique. Whether it is access to golf, boating, or simply finding a quiet corner by the water there is something for everyone. Working throughout the region from Corolla to Hatteras, including Roanoke Island and the mainland communities, she enjoys helping buyers and sellers find the neighborhood and lifestyle that best fits them.
