Kitty Hawk

This town’s name became synonymous with the Wright Brother’s flight and is easily recognized in many areas. The areas of Martin’s Point, Southern Shores, and Chicahauk are also within the district. Full-time residents enjoy the woods of Southern Shores, providing boat access, tennis, pickleball, and the Duck Woods Golf Course all year. Oceanside from Southern Shores, which borders Duck to the South down to the town line at Kill Devil Hills, offers both ocean and west side communities. Rentals for the beach communities and a few condos as well may be found for the vacationers and purchasers.
