Kill Devil Hills

Mid beach from Kitty Hawk to Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills embraces oceanside as well as soundside living. This is the actual township where the Wright Brother’s monument sits, as that was the actual launch site! Soundside offers the Bay Drive path with cottages, full-time residents, and vacationers. You may also find the community of Colington Harbour and its sailing/boating community. Oceanside has seen development for a few newer condos, as well as those with ocean views. Homes here can be modest or multi-million- dollar oceanfront/oceanside rentals. We have many families that work and live within the community, which established their own Middle and High School, respectively.
